What to build

Once both new access methods work, remove the legacy FDP access method and every icebox dependency.

Acceptance criteria

• FDP driver code and the fdp dependency removed
• All icebox clone / libFDP build steps removed from CI, the Python Dockerfile and the Gitpod Dockerfile
• virtualbox feature enables virtualbox-api and virtualbox-vmi
• Windows CI builds virtualbox-api only; Linux CI builds virtualbox
• Old FDP/icebox docs replaced by docs for both access methods
• ADR in libmicrovmi docs/adr/: FDP access method dropped
