VBox 2b: Upstream patch: virtual memory methods, docs, hardened check #273

What to build
Complete the upstream series: readVirtualMemory/writeVirtualMemory share the same helper, the four methods are documented, and the series is verified on a hardened build so it is PR-ready.
Acceptance criteria
- Virtual read/write work for a given vCPU and guest virtual address; verified via the SDK script against a page-table translation
- Method documentation in the API definition (generates the SDK reference) describes semantics, size limits and errors
- User-manual note added
- ADR in libmicrovmi
