What to build

A crashed or disconnected VBoxVMI client never leaves the guest frozen, and only one client is served at a time.

Acceptance criteria

• Killing a client while it holds the VM paused leaves the VM running
• On disconnect the server resumes anything it paused and removes any intercepts
• A second concurrent client is refused with a clear error
• Design notes updated
