TreeTime v1 is a rewrite of TreeTime as a standalone executable. Shipping it as treetime1, next to TreeTime v0 (the phylo-treetime package that provides `treetime` and that Augur imports), lets pathogen workflows opt in step by step without changing any existing build, as nextclade2 and nextclade3 did for Nextclade. - Pin a nightly build by version and SHA-256 checksum, so a rebuild of the image cannot pick up a different binary
