Move the SDK into packages/sdk and make the root a private npm workspaces root that holds the shared toolchain (devDependencies, tsconfig.base.json, ESLint). Publish and CI workflows build, version and publish from packages/sdk. No change to the published package. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Step 1 of 2: the monorepo layout, with no new package. #301 adds
@base44/platformon top of it. Replaces #302, which GitHub closed while I was reordering the stack.npm run lintiseslint ., andeslint.config.jsapplies the rules topackages/*/src, so a new package needs no lint changes.
