Stacked on #301. Finishes the monorepo layout from this comment.

packages/sdk @base44/sdk v… tags
packages/platform @base44/platform platform-v… tags
  • Layout. src, tests, examples, scripts, the typedoc/tsconfig/vitest configs, writing-docs.md and the SDK README move to packages/sdk unchanged. The root is a private workspace root with the shared devDependencies, tsconfig.base.json, ESLint config and a short README. Each package ships its own LICENSE.
  • Versioning. Each package keeps its own version. Manual Package Publish gets a package input (sdk / platform) that builds, bumps, publishes, commits and tags only that package. The skills-repo notification stays SDK-only.
  • CI. Preview publish, unit tests and the docs drafter point at packages/sdk. Preview publish still covers only the SDK. The proxy check passes, and no file is added to the exemption list.
  • Lockfile. Moves the SDK's entry to packages/sdk. No new or changed remote packages.
  • copy-to-local-docs.js still defaults to a mintlify-docs checkout next to the repo.

Before a platform release: register a trusted publisher for @base44/platform on npmjs.com against manual-publish.yml (the first publish may have to be manual).

I didn't add changesets: that's a new devDependency, so it needs a separate call. The package input covers independent releases for now.

Tested locally: npm ci, build, lint, SDK type tests and 301 unit tests, platform tests (27 unit, typedoc, package), create-docs, npm pack contents of both packages, check_wix_proxy_steps.py.

Superseded by #303. GitHub marked this as merged into feat/platform-package while I was reordering the stack, so nothing reached main.
