What to build

Pause/resume (standard VirtualBox suspend/resume) and vCPU count over VBoxVMI.

Acceptance criteria

• Pause is synchronous and idempotent; the VM shows as Paused in VBoxManage
• Generic pause and vCPU tests pass under the VBoxVMI context, including a multi-vCPU guest
• Protocol spec updated
