What to build

Guest physical memory reads and RAM ranges over VBoxVMI, end to end from server to libmicrovmi.

Acceptance criteria

• Batched read command: multiple ranges per request, per-page status, an unreadable page never fails the request
• Reads served on the server thread without an EMT round trip for RAM
• RAM ranges command; driver max physical address derived from it
• Integration harness VBoxVMI context passes the read-correctness test, including the >4 GiB guest
• Protocol spec updated
