What to build

Read and write the full register set of one vCPU in a single round trip, via one worker on that vCPU's EMT accessing the CPU context directly (DBGF batch register query is compiled out).

Acceptance criteria

• Register read/write tests and the CR3 page-walk / kernel-banner sanity tests pass under the VBoxVMI context
• Includes the MSRs libmicrovmi exposes
• Protocol spec updated
