Recompiled python/constraints/ with python scripts/compile_constraints.py after a green nightly (#763, ADR 0011): https://github.com/Donkey-Development-Kit/donkey-development-kit/actions/runs/40207641275. The docs that restate the lock (python scripts/generate_docs.py, #1068) and the site's llms outputs are regenerated with it.

Merge when CI is green. A red run here is an upstream change the lock cannot take yet: fix the code or wait, never add a ceiling (§8.4). If CI did not start, close and reopen this PR (docs/ci.md, lock-refresh.yml).

Picks up the google-adk 2.13 last_call fix (#1214) and the lock refreshes
(#1206, #1213); the test locks are recompiled on develop's with [a2a].

Offline re-checks of the framework releases that #1206 moved into the PR CI lock (BG §1.8, §0.3): langgraph (Refs #1204, #1211), Google ADK and native Gemini (Refs #1215, #1207), MS Agent Framework and its middleware (Refs #1203), OpenAI Agents SDK (Refs #1205), Anthropic SDK (Refs #1209), CrewAI (Refs #1210). Statuses and live dates are unchanged; no --live round-trip was run.
