Refs #1203, #1204, #1205, #1207, #1209, #1210, #1211, #1215. #1206 already moved the lock and framework-release-watch closed these issues, so this PR closes none of them.

Summary

• Adds a "Re-checked offline 2026-10-25" sentence to eight rows of docs/verified-apis.md §8 (BG §1.8): LangGraph, Google ADK, Google ADK (native Gemini), MS Agent Framework, MS Agent Framework (middleware), OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic SDK and CrewAI.
• Per §0.3 and the chore(deps): ship the framework releases in the nightly lock refresh #1143 / docs(verified-apis): record §8 re-checks for the #1174 lock #1179 convention, every status and live date is unchanged and no --live round-trip was run. The --emit-verified rows (UNVERIFIED, signature confirmed) were not pasted over the existing rows.
• Each run used develop @ 2f8205e (after chore(deps): refresh the PR CI lock #1206), the ci.yml adapter-contract recipe (pip install -e ".[llm,local,<extra>]" --group dev -c constraints/adapter-contract-<extra>-py3.12.txt), and Python 3.12.15.

The skips are other frameworks' extras that are not installed on each leg.

Upstream changes each row records:

• langchain-core 1.7.0: only the stream bridge changed (diff of the installed source), and the adapter does not use it.
• langgraph 1.2.17: interrupt / Command / GraphInterrupt are byte-identical to 1.2.16.
• agent-framework 1.23.0: _middleware.py and exceptions.py are byte-identical to 1.22.0.
• crewai 1.15.29: the new LiteLLM-compatible kwargs apply only under an active llm_overlay.
• litellm 1.106.3 / 1.106.4: CA-bundle and proxy changes only.
• openai 3.37.0: the breaking change is confined to the Decisions and Live types.
• anthropic 2.2.0 / 2.3.0: request-layer changes are limited to beta routes.

Test plan

• python scripts/generate_docs.py: no drift
• ledger and docs unit tests (pytest -k 'verified_apis or ledger or generate_docs or docs_'): 63 passed
• check_commit_identities.py origin/develop..HEAD
