Align the IPC, NVR, v2.1, and httpPostV2 pages, the LPR application page, and the ipc-v1x examples with posts observed on LPR-IP4 firmware 5.3.1: real V1 plate layout, approach/away direction, count-attribute scales, configurable keepalive interval, and a firmware differences table.

Corrects the LPR event payload docs to match posts observed on LPR-IP4 firmware 5.3.1, and records where behaviour differs by firmware.

keepaliveTimeval, 30-120 s), with 90 s given only as an example setting. Adds the firmware 5.3.1 body (config1.7 +messageTypekeepalive+deviceInfo). Keeps the<DeviceInfo>form, labelled as older firmware. Notes that some cameras send an empty body.sourceDataInfo, overview aslistInfoitem 0, plate item withvehicleDirect, vehicleListType, corner points,PlateConfidence count, numericplateColor, carAttr, carRect, and stringtargetTypecar.approach/away(earlier text saidleave). The declared base64 length isn't reliable. Type attribute names vary by firmware. Fixed thesubscribeRelation/subscribeOptionswap in the target-crop sample.LPR application page
