Brings the site from Row-Template 1.2.0 to 1.3.0, written against the 1.3.0 installer source (Row-Template main at 5d7cade). Panels: 3X-UI >= 3.6.0, PasarGuard 5.x and Rebecca 1.x (binary install) are documented as supported everywhere; Rebecca's 0.0.x Docker image as refused before anything changes. Activation, verify, uninstall, manager, version output and troubleshooting cover each panel. PasarGuard and Rebecca are no longer described as research targets. Installation: RT_PANEL is required for a scripted fresh install on a server with more than one supported panel; existing installs and updates keep their panel. RT_SMOKE_URL is documented (the installer itself names it). Upgrading: one update from 1.1.0 or 1.2.0; no public 1.2.1. Rollback: restores the page and recorded version, not the manager and never the panel; only the two newest backups are kept; 1.1.0 backups now restore. A 1.3.0 limitations section is added to Compatibility. Templates: seventeen designs, with Meter and Notebook synced from Row-Template (catalogue, previews, live pages) and every ID listed. Error reference: the sync now reads every companion the library declares (transaction engine, panel adapters) and reads messages with nested quotes whole, naming command substitutions as placeholders. All 455 messages (432 distinct) are documented in English and Persian in 212 entries; entries 1.3.0 made wrong were corrected, and new groups cover panel choice, PasarGuard and Rebecca. The install directory is now a placeholder, since it depends on the panel. Also: check-site imports errors.ts through a file URL, so `npm run check` works on Windows. Branding (copied from the canonical logo files, which are unchanged): - public/branding/: the symbol (navigation bar, 192 px), the square logo (landing hero: 384 px lossless WebP with a 512 px PNG fallback; also the README), the social image (the square logo, full size, lossless re-encode) and the app icon (favicon 32 px with the white canvas outside its rounded tile made transparent; apple-touch-icon 180 px). The placeholder favicon.svg is removed. - Header: the official symbol replaces the placeholder icon; on the dark theme it sits on a white tile, since the symbol is dark on transparent. - Landing: the square logo above the hero, its canvas corners clipped to the tile's own radius. - Head: favicon, apple-touch-icon, og:image (+ type, size, alt) and a twitter summary card. - README: the logo, and public/branding/ in the file table. - Header layout: the labelled search field starts at 1024 px, where the menu button hides; between 768 and ~860 px the header used to overflow sideways (it did so before this change too). 1.3.0 is not released: the changelog marks it Upcoming with no date (1.2.0 keeps Latest), the introduction and the landing pill say so, and "shipped in 1.3.0" became "included in 1.3.0". Panel commands, checked against the panels' current official scripts: - `pasarguard status` and `rebecca status` exist (PasarGuard/scripts pasarguard.sh; Rebecca rebecca.sh and rebecca-binary.sh). PasarGuard's is Docker-based, so each mention now also gives `systemctl status pasarguard` for a source install. - `rebecca migrate-binary` is not routed by the `rebecca` command in Rebecca's current scripts. The site no longer recommends it; it points to Rebecca's binary installer (rebecca-binary.sh), the install Row-Template is tested against, and explains the installer message that names the command. The switch in the header shows the flag of the language it leads to: the
Lion and Sun flag on English pages, the United States flag on Persian
pages. The label stays available as the link's title and as screen-reader
text ("Language: فارسی" / "زبان: English").
- public/flags/flag-fa-lion-and-sun.png: the Lion and Sun flag supplied by
the owner. The white canvas around it is made transparent and trimmed,
and it is downscaled to 72 x 52 (22 px shown, up to 3x). It is not
redrawn or recoloured.
- public/flags/flag-en-us.svg: the United States flag in the same rounded
36 x 26 frame (13 stripes, 50 stars).
- A 1px border-colour ring keeps the flags' white bands visible on the
light theme.

Warning
Do not merge before Row-Template v1.3.0 is published.
.github/workflows/deploy.ymldeploysmainto GitHub Pages, so merging this PR deploys the site. The v1.3.0 release does not exist yet, so:https://github.com/iitzSeriZdev/Row-Template/releases/download/v1.3.0/…URLs (Manual installation, Release verification) return 404 until it is published;releases/latest/download/install.sh) still installs 1.2.0, which does not install on PasarGuard or Rebecca. The site describes 1.3.0 as Upcoming, with no release date. Add the date to the changelog (English and Persian) when the release is published, then merge.
