Row-Template v1.3.0 is published (26 September 2026, tag v1.3.0 → e103f74, the source this site documents). The site deployed from #2 still calls it Upcoming. This PR updates that. Merging it deploys the site.

Changes

• Changelog (English and Persian): 1.3.0 is Latest, released 26 September 2026; 1.2.0 no longer has the badge.
• Introduction and landing page: the "upcoming" caveat and the pill's "Upcoming:" prefix are removed.
• Release verification: no Row-Template release tag is signed.
  • v1.0.0 and v1.1.0 are unsigned annotated tags; v1.2.0 and v1.3.0 are lightweight tags.
  • So git tag -v v1.3.0 fails ("cannot verify a non-tag object").
  • The page now says this instead of showing that command as a check to run. The manual-install callout no longer mentions a signed-tag check.
• Compatibility: adds the real panels 1.3.0 was validated on, from the release notes (3X-UI 3.8.5, PasarGuard 5.4.1, Rebecca 1.x).

Checked against the published release

• SHA256SUMS verifies row-template-1.3.0.tar.gz, and the tarball's own SHA256SUMS verifies every file inside it.
• manifest.txt has the documented fields (name, version, artifact, min_xui, created).
• All 17 designs are there for each of 3X-UI, PasarGuard and Rebecca.
• The releases/download/v1.3.0/… URLs on Manual installation now resolve.
• releases/latest/download/install.sh resolves to v1.3.0.
• The release notes' Known limitations were already covered by Compatibility.
• Resyncing templates, previews, live pages and installer messages from the v1.3.0 tag changes nothing but fixture timestamps. Those are not committed.

Validation

• npm run build: 87 pages.
• npm run check: 455 installer messages (432 distinct) documented in 212 entries; 25 pages × 2 languages; links and anchors OK.
• Checked in the browser: the changelog, introduction, landing page and Release verification, in English and Persian.
