feat: label nightly and main images and show the build date - #99

The API now reports which versioned image the nightly and main tags point to, plus each image's creation time, alongside the existing latest flag. Replace the five inline copies of the image row type with one exported ImageOption, and render every picker row through a shared imageLabel helper that prints the tag, the channel(s) pointing at it in brackets and the build date, e.g. "0.10.0-cf959b0 [nightly] 2026-10-15". The admin views used "(latest)" in parentheses; they now show "[latest]" like the portal, so the label reads the same everywhere. Testing
Verified end to end against the local API running the companion branch: the VTA picker shows
0.60.0-fd1621d9 [nightly] 2026-10-15and a date on every row.pnpm install --frozen-lockfile,tsc -band eslint on the touched files pass in anode:26-alpinecontainer.
