Summary

Prepare the complete 0.0.116-globster.9 publication from merged operator-bootstrap source 8601b3f49bb7a99b4fb6d63d6786ff87ca00b1ae (tree 4451c450d3fab3ed60c9ddc7843e4f458e5fd3db). The immutable image tag is 0.0.116-globster-8601b3f4.

Task-ID: none

Related Issue

Release-preparation exception for merged task 33.03.24 / PR #27. It retains the authenticated service routing from the preceding .8 set. No new feature or task completion is claimed here.

Changes

Update both reviewed source pins, compatibility versions, artifact tags and reusable-workflow references together. The protected workflow still refuses partial/conflicting publication, builds gateway/supervisor for ARM64 and AMD64, verifies the Helm chart, and retains provenance plus the complete-set receipt. No cluster pins, operator allowlists or agent defaults change.

Testing

  • Reviewed source commit and tree verification passes.
  • mise run --jobs 1 pre-commit passes.
  • Source PR feat: allow operator-pinned process bootstraps (task 33.03.24) #27's branch checks and Helm checks passed after restacking onto authenticated main; actual local managed Kind passed assistant chat, isolation and persistence.
  • Publication receipt and immutable manifest verification follow protected publication.

Checklist

  • Conventional commit with DCO sign-off.
  • Bounded release-pin change; no staging/production activation.
