Withdrawn at Nave's request on 11 October 2026. This PR extends the legacy Bubblewrap launcher, but Story 33.05's assistant uses its credential-free worker and OpenShell's existing process mode. Its protocol-4 request and read-only /platform access are implemented in personal-assistant-agent; they do not call this PR's launcher functions.
The earlier integrated proof exercised ordinary process mode with a binary containing these changes. It did not prove that the changes were needed. The launcher fixture demonstrated compatibility behavior on the legacy path only.
Task 33.05.01 and its dependency are removed in Workspace NVIDIA#1696. Assistant #27/#28 and the story documentation are corrected to describe the actual process worker. No merge, release, task completion or platform rollout is performed by this withdrawn PR.
The non-task marker is used because this is a withdrawn implementation whose work item is being removed; it must not trigger task completion.
