• Restores the bugs-2026-09-11 parallel-run records (manifest, kickoff, status) from the unmerged parallel/bugs-2026-09-11-plan branch.
• Corrects atomic-planner/project_501_r3_preflight_seams.md, which cited five [Ignore] sites that are not compiled or no longer exist on main.
• Documentation only: 106 files, 4429 insertions, 7 deletions; no production, test, or build files change.

Why

A /cleanup-merged-worktrees run removed 9 worktrees and 46 merged branches, but 15 merged worktrees were blocked as dirty and several branches are unmerged. A read-only triage checked every dirty or unmerged entry against main, both at the same path and by topic. Entries that main already holds, or that are superseded or contradicted, were discarded. The entries in this PR are the ones classified GENUINELY_NEW or STILL_RELEVANT. They must reach main before the worktrees and branches that hold them are deleted.

What Changed

Agent memory (.claude/agent-memory/**)

• New lesson files for atomic-executor, atomic-planner, orchestrator, prd-feature, task-researcher, feature-review, parallel-orchestrator and parallel-planner, each with one index line in that directory's MEMORY.md.
• Additive sections appended to existing lesson files. Only the new text was taken; stale whole-file MEMORY.md rewrites from the worktrees were not copied.
• prd-feature/feedback_ac_gates_verify_satisfiability.md: two new rules, added as 7 and 8. The existing rule 6 keeps its number.
• Trimmed before commit:
  • the Deedle/runsettings paragraph in project_coverage_runner_throws_before_postprocessing.md;
  • the batch-budget and clean-tree paragraphs in project_873_evidence_projection_plan_seams.md;
  • two links to user-level memories in invoke-mstest-with-coverage-three-traps.md;
  • one host short-path token in feature-review/project_bash-heredoc-backslash-and-tmp-traps.md.

Promoted potential records (docs/features/potential/promoted/)

• Four 2026-09-13 records from chor/defect-filings-2026-09-13.
• Five records dated 2026-09-14 to 2026-09-20 from the session root.

Completed

• The source for every file was re-read from its worktree or branch before copying.
• Whole-file replacements were taken only after confirming that main's blob equals the worktree's HEAD blob.
• Additive changes were applied with git apply --3way: 14 patches, all clean.
• Every new MEMORY.md index line was checked to resolve to an existing file.
• The added content was scanned for conflict markers and absolute host paths. One short-path token was found and replaced with <user>.

Recommended

• git diff origin/main...documentationandmemories --stat and spot-read the MEMORY.md diffs, which should be additions only.

Backward Compatibility / Migration Notes

None. Only additions, plus one existing memory line whose description was extended and one existing lesson file whose rules were renumbered.

Risks and Mitigations

• Risk: a preserved lesson duplicates one on main under a different name. Mitigation: each entry was searched by topic across main's .claude/agent-memory and docs. Any duplicates are harmless and can be removed later.
• Rollback: revert the single commit.
