• Adds the last two agent-memory lessons found in stale worktrees, so those worktrees can be removed without losing them. This is the follow-up to docs(memory): consolidate stranded agent memories and promoted records from stale worktrees #925.
• Orchestrator lesson: task-researcher has no Bash tool, so it cannot run gh. Fetch GitHub issue history yourself into an evidence artifact before delegating research that depends on it.
• prd-feature lesson (Bug: trx-evidence-host-tokens-and-malformed-xml #671): name fixed-filename Markdown evidence projections using full feature-relative paths, never bare evidence/... paths.
• Documentation only: 4 files, additions only.

Why

The first consolidation (#925) left two worktrees in place.

• agent-a190dd2 had uncommitted files that the first report did not surface.
• agent-ae0b58eb is a detached worktree, which the local cleanup script does not classify.

A triage checked each entry against main. Three kinds of entry were discarded:

• entries identical to main (task-researcher/project_pump_timeout_743.md);
• entries recorded in closed features' folders on main (the Bug: createcancellationtoken-has-no-production-caller #839 research findings and the Bug: quickfiler-itemviewer-ui-marshalling-seam #743 and Bug: createcancellationtoken-has-no-production-caller #839 drafts);
• stale MEMORY.md rewrites.

The two lessons in this PR are the ones not recorded anywhere on main.

What Changed

• .claude/agent-memory/orchestrator/delegate-may-lack-bash-tool-verify-its-git-claims.md: new section on task-researcher lacking Bash. The draft said WebFetch cannot read the repository because it is private. The repository is public, so that clause was corrected to point to the existing WebFetch reference note.
• .claude/agent-memory/prd-feature/project_671_projections_only_evidence.md: new file.
• .claude/agent-memory/prd-feature/MEMORY.md: one index line for the new file.
• .claude/agent-memory/prd-feature/feedback_backticked_paths_are_the_change_footprint.md: adds the rule that evidence paths are a second permitted backtick site, after the space-in-path rule that docs(memory): consolidate stranded agent memories and promoted records from stale worktrees #925 added. The two appends conflicted and both were kept.
