The RC guide still describes RC1, while v1.0-RC2 is published with packages and
pg15-1.0-rc2…pg18-1.0-rc2images.RC2 is also the first documentdb-local image with usage telemetry, on by default. Nothing in these docs says so, so this adds a "Usage telemetry" section to the documentdb-local page (what is sent, the opt-outs, and that 0.117 images and native packages send nothing) and a line on the RC page.
Known issues are replaced with what RC2 testing found; the
plan_cache_modeworkaround has to go in the PostgreSQL configuration because the gateway pools connections.The install command uses documentdb.io/install.sh, so merge after documentdb/documentdb.github.io#212 is deployed.
