The RC guide still describes RC1. RC2 is tagged (v1.0-RC2, b0cb0dae) and its images pg15-1.0-rc2…pg18-1.0-rc2 are on GHCR; the GitHub prerelease is a draft until its packages are attached.

RC2 is also the first documentdb-local image with usage telemetry, on by default. Nothing in these docs says so, so this adds a "Usage telemetry" section to the documentdb-local page (what is sent, the opt-outs, and that 0.117 images and native packages send nothing) and a line on the RC page.

Known issues are replaced with what RC2 testing found; the plan_cache_mode workaround has to go in the PostgreSQL configuration because the gateway pools connections.

Merge after the v1.0-RC2 release is published and documentdb.io serves the RC2 installer (documentdb/documentdb.github.io#211); until then the release links 404.

RC2 replaces RC1's tags, assets and known issues; RC1 hosts and volumes can't be reused.

The RC2 image sends usage data by default; 0.117 images and native packages don't, so the text is scoped to RC2.
