The runner iframes were hidden with
position: absolute; left: -10000px. On RTL pages, content past the left edge is scrollable, so this added ~10000px of horizontal scroll to the host page. We hit this in devrev-web after enabling RTL for Arabic/Hebrew.Switching to
position: fixedkeeps the iframe hidden and off-screen, but fixed elements don't add to page scroll. No other changes.
