Before and after, 40 seconds into the hub not answering:
Before, the page is replaced by the loading screen and the typed message is lost. After, the page and the message stay and the banner shows; it clears once the hub answers (3 of 3 runs each). |

When the hub stops answering for a moment, the page no longer turns into the loading screen. The open project and any message being typed stay where they are, and the "The hub is not answering" banner shows until the hub is back.
The loading screen now only shows when there is nothing to show yet.
