Before and after, second account signing in on the same tab right after the first signed out, with hub replies delayed 3 seconds:
Before, the second account's list shows the first account's project; after, it waits for its own read. |

Signing out now clears everything the interface had saved from the hub, both in memory and in the browser's storage. The next person who signs in on the same browser starts empty and sees only their own projects, instead of the previous person's for a few seconds.
The project list is also only read while someone is signed in, so it stops asking the hub every 30 seconds while nobody is.
