Removes the unused paint resolver from packages/slidedeck/src/pdf.ts and the unused radius wrapper from packages/slidedeck/src/check.ts. Removes the unused speakerNotes and downloadPptx approval package wording from apps/web/src/config.ts and the unused approval-package-slide-notes styles from apps/web/src/styles.css. Nothing references any of them, which a search of apps/web/src and packages confirmed.
Verified with lint, format:check, typecheck, bun run test (287 pass, 0 fail), pins:verify and vendor:verify.
