Both tracked lockfiles resolved the followed sqlparser main at 5cad9060 while Apache main had moved to d9eec6e0. This moves sqlparser alone to the current tip in Cargo.lock and fuzz/Cargo.lock, with no other package touched.

The crate needed no source change on the new parser. Scanning, preprocessing and body parsing keep their behaviour, including the rejection of exception handlers.
