Add a release changeset for @clerk/mosaic.

This PR changes user-facing behavior in the publishable @clerk/mosaic package. The empty changeset does not request a version bump or changelog entry, so this fix can be omitted from the next published release.

`lastKey`, which outlives the run, unlike `pendingKey`.

For a direct action in `ActionMenu`, opt in with `status: 'idle'`. Set it to
`'pending'` while its request runs and no dialog is open yet. Update the status
in the click event, since the menu closes on the next render unless an action
is pending. The menu reserves room for a spinner, disables its actions, and
blocks dismissal while pending. It closes when the status returns to `'idle'`,
whether a dialog opened or the request settled. Leave `status` undefined for
ordinary actions that close through the menu's native click behavior. Ordinary
failures use the section's existing error.

A single open boolean earns nothing. A two-state machine with one event is a
boolean spelled long. `useUserProfileEditUsernameController` holds `isOpen` in
`useState` and hands the async part to `useForm`:

The pending behavior itself has no tests at the ActionMenu level: holding the menu open, blocking Escape and outside click, disabling the other actions, and closing when pending turns false. The MFA feature tests cover some of it, but not the dismissal blocking described in the PR description.

Addressed in ed9470f0ba. Added ActionMenu tests for holding open, blocking Escape and outside clicks, disabling sibling actions, and closing when pending clears. Also covered reserved indicator space, spinner timing, and immediate handoff.

Announce the pending regeneration outside the menu item.

While "Regenerate" is pending, the only signals are aria-busy="true" on the menuitem and a progressbar nested inside it. The progressbar appears only after the spin delay. The item is aria-disabled, so focus stays on it. Nothing announces that the regeneration started. Add a polite live region outside the menu item to announce the pending state. Do not rely on the nested progressbar or aria-busy for that announcement.

Update the action-menu rendering around Menu.Indicator to add a polite live
