feat(mosaic): add headless Table primitive with row actions, selection and tree rows - #10414
Adds a headless Table primitive in packages/mosaic/src/primitives/table/ for the logs tables, with row actions, selection, sorting, tree rows and grid keyboard navigation. Behavior follows React Aria's Table and naming follows Base UI. The primitive owns its own state, renders no text, and is documented in Swingset under Primitives. Nothing uses it yet.
It looks like this branch is under active development. To avoid overwhelming you with review comments due to an influx of new commits, CodeRabbit has automatically paused this review. You can configure this behavior by changing the reviews.auto_review.auto_pause_after_reviewed_commits setting.
Adds a composable Table primitive with row selection, sorting, expandable tree rows, row actions, and keyboard navigation. Adds tests for component behavior and accessibility. Adds public exports, README and story documentation, and a registered story with nested request-log data.
clerk/javascript#10421: Rebuilds the styled Mosaic Table using this primitive and migrates existing tables to it.

Interacting with certain controls may open their row, and replacing all rows may lose keyboard focus. Both are bounded interaction defects; address them before relying on the primitive in tables.

- Around line 89-97: Update the Escape handling in the onKeyDown flow so it does
not consume Escape during capture when editingRef identifies the focused cell.
Handle exiting edit mode in a bubble-phase keydown handler instead, and only
when the event is not already default-prevented; then retain the existing
activate and cell focus behavior.
- Line 200: Update the Ctrl+End branch in the End-key handling to target the
last enabled row instead of table.rows.length - 1, using the existing
row-navigation helper that skips disabled rows. Preserve the current behavior
for plain End and the Infinity column target.

event.isDefaultPrevented() before clearing table selection as well as before
calling leaveCell, so a cell widget that handles Escape preserves the selection
even when the event continues propagating.
- Line 79: Update useGridNavigation, called from the table root, to restore each
cell’s and widget’s original tabIndex when grid navigation is disabled or
unmounted, alongside removing its listeners. Ensure the resulting plain table
preserves normal keyboard tab order.
