Finalize Basicrum Analytics 0.1.0 documentation and consent cleanup

Summary

• Add illustrated setup instructions for collector details, Magento Admin, consent, and query-string privacy controls.
• Clarify automatic Beacon Endpoint origin registration in connect-src and img-src, including cache refresh requirements.
• Remove obsolete consent-cookie cleanup from readable and minified loaders; strengthen assertions for consent silence and the actual RT measurement cookie.
• Finalize the 0.1.0 changelog and release date.

Verification

• npm test: 48 passed, including real Boomerang and readable/minified loaders.
• Minified consistency, git diff --check, seven local README links, and four PNG assets validated.
• Native release certification will be rerun against the exact merged commit before tagging.

Follow-up to already merged #16. The previous 0.1.0 release/tag was withdrawn at the owner's request; this PR prepares the requested replacement release. WordPress, Magento 1, and the shared parity ledger are unchanged.
