Purpose

fix #10873

Tests

  • Added TableWriteTest#testPartitionTimestampValidationWithDatePartition: yyyy-MM-dd + $dt writes and commits; yyyyMMdd throws with dt=2026-10-29.
  • Without the fix, the new test fails with Partition dt=20755 does not match ....
  • mvn -pl paimon-core clean install (JDK 11, checkstyle and spotless included) passed with 0 failures; PostgresqlCatalogTest was excluded locally because it needs Docker.

…stamp-format.strict

PartitionTimestampValidator passed DATE partition values to
PartitionTimeExtractor as raw epoch-day integers, so the documented
'yyyy-MM-dd' + '$dt' setup failed on every write once
partition.timestamp-format.strict was enabled. Convert DATE values to
LocalDate first, as PartitionExpireStrategy#convertPartition does.
