A customer asked for the wait on the kit cooldown refusal.
kit.on-cooldownnow carries{time}, the time left (59m 59s), in all twelve languages; the claim use case reads it from the cooldown store when it refuses.A ClaimKit test checks the placeholder after 15 minutes of a one hour cooldown (
45m). Checked on ess-folia (Folia): a non-op bot claimed a one hour kit twice and read "you can claim the cdtest kit again in 59m 59s"../gradlew buildis green.
