fix(hig): separate UI details with commas or space instead of a dot

Why

UI text joined details with a middle dot ("host · database", "v1.2 · Built-in"). The house style bans it, and about 25 places still used it, along with a few plugins and the iOS Shortcuts subtitle.

Change

• Quick Switcher, autocomplete details, Settings (license, plugins), query plans, Query Insights, version history, tooltips and project folder scan: commas, spacing, parentheses ("Admin (You)") or a secondary line instead of the dot. Translations carry over.
• MongoDB, DynamoDB and Typesense summaries use commas or semicolons; they ship with each plugin's next release.
• The database icon and checkmark in Choose a Database follow the row's selection.
• New guard suite fails on a middle dot in app UI text; it shares its log-line rules with the em dash guard.
• Removed the unused rejected-plugin banner.

Verified

The middle-dot guard fails on main and passes here. Each changed site's suite passes.
