Research: the server-stop refund comes from Research's own disable, and an older TLibs disables it at startup. Infestations: a permanent death settles a lure once RPCharacters has saved it. Surgery: link the README to the installation and failure sections, keep version numbers in one table, describe the old-RPCharacters warning and the physician's failure message, and turn the live validation notes into a Testing section. Companion to the Stage 2 identity review fixes in Infestations (TF-Minecraft/Infestations#16), Surgery (TF-Minecraft/Surgery#31) and Research (TF-Minecraft/Research#17).
Infestations: a server restart no longer starts logout grace, so an empty lure fails without penalty. A permanent death now settles a lure only once RPCharacters has saved it; a failed save leaves the character committed.
Surgery: a patient who switches character after sedation or cutting takes the failure penalty, the same as quitting, and a physician's logout runs the failure command when the menu closes. The guide now describes the warning for an RPCharacters that provides no character identity and the failure message a departed physician still receives. The README links to the installation and failure sections instead of "below", version numbers live only in the dependency table, the new paragraphs use the file's one-line style, and the live validation notes are a Testing section of checks with the two shutdown cases named.
