Summary

Pin the coordinated Goals redesign and latest refinements across client, reader, and server. Reader observations feed durable client activity; server ownership, aggregation, migrations, and PowerSync streams support synchronized goals. Client refinements include progress-based groups, swipeable tabs, shared toolbar sizing, improved sheets, multiple-book scope, and restored Activity/archived history without saved-state collisions.

Component PRs target development: reader #5, server #12, and client #40. Merge these before the workspace pins. Versions remain unchanged.

Validation

Latest client suite: 1,598 passed, 19 skipped. Latest focused server tracking/goal/sync tests: 27 passed. Client and server checks, production web build, committed reader references, and workspace tooling checks passed. Current desktop/mobile UI screenshots are embedded in client #40 and committed in its review documentation.

Earlier real EPUB/PDF Android/Chromium, reader package/example, and migration evidence remains documented in GOALS_INTEGRATION.md. Live multi-device PowerSync transport remains unverified.

Deployment

Deploy the server migration, publication/grants, PowerSync streams, and tracking capability version 2 before releasing the integrated client. Unsupported multi-book tracking remains locally staged on older servers. Use the development-to-master release workflow. Unrelated website changes are excluded.
