docs: the editor link's messages, the original's and OpenReliant's own - #1212

The editor link page keeps the original's protocol and OpenReliant's own messages apart, so it's clear which is which. The original's tables say what OpenReliant does with each tag, and each of OpenReliant's own messages says why the original's can't do its job. The page also states the rule for adding a message: a new one has to make its case, and what the link's messages can already do goes through them.
