No pull request targeting ocp-global-demo-wip has ever run CI. The pull_request trigger listed main and earlgrey-hwe only, so the workflow never matched, and there is no workflow_dispatch to fall back on. ocp-global-demo-wip has been the base branch for the demo work since 2026-09-24, so that is the whole in-flight stack going unchecked. clippy's collapsible_if, and the only clippy error on ocp-global-demo-wip. Nothing caught it because no pull request against that branch has ever run CI. Assisted-by: Claude

pull_request trigger lists main and earlgrey-hwe only, so the workflow
never matches, and there is no workflow_dispatch to fall back on. #464,
#513, #525 and #527 all show EasyCLA and nothing else.
ocp-global-demo-wip has been the base branch for the demo work since
2026-09-24, so that is the whole in-flight stack going unchecked.
For pull_request events GitHub reads the workflow from the base branch,
so this takes effect once it is on ocp-global-demo-wip, not before.
