webui: show the duty cycle and carrier sense of all gateways on the start page - #293
fix(webui): hide duty cycle rows of interfaces missing from the update OpenCCU#4629 (rows of interfaces missing from a later update are hidden; disconnected gateways reported as not available by the OpenCCU data source; complete documentation of the Interface.getDutyCycle response; aria-valuenow of an unavailable carrier sense removed; separator hidden without duty cycle rows; superseded responses ignored)
This applies the patch as fixed by OpenCCU/OpenCCU#4629. The start page shows the duty cycle and carrier sense of every gateway (CCU, LAN gateways, HmIP-HAP) as one row each, instead of a single CCU bar and a separate dialog for the other interfaces:
Interface.getDutyCycle (src/webui/www/api/methods.conf, new src/webui/www/api/methods/interface/getdutycycle.tcl, level USER): returns the JSON array of /tmp/dutycycle.json (address, name, system variable, duty cycle, carrier sense and type per gateway, as strings; -1 for a disconnected gateway or an unavailable carrier sense), or null without that file. The header of the script documents these fields. On OpenCCU the file is written every minute by /bin/updateDCVars.tcl.
Start page (src/webui/rega/www/pages/tabs/startpage.htm): a separator row, a header row and up to 16 hidden gateway rows with Bootstrap progress bars for duty cycle (70 %/90 % warning/alarm) and carrier sense (11 %/20 %); the former CCU bars and their product specific labels are removed.
showDutyCycle() (src/webui/www_source/ise/js/functions.js): fills one row per array entry, labels it CCU:, HAP (<name or address>): or LGW (<name or address>):, hides rows without a valid duty cycle and, since #4629, the rows from the length of the response on. The periodic and initial calls of showCarrierSense() and showDutyCycleHmIP() are dropped (src/webui/www_source/webui/js/webui.js, configdata.js); the functions themselves stay unchanged and unused.
Styles: progress bar size and centered labels in src/webui/www/webui/css/extern/hmBootstrap.css; the old .dutyCycleProgress* rules removed from webui/css/webui.css; #partingLine1 and .CLASS01811 in webui/css/x_style.css.
All files keep their line endings and encodings (CRLF for startpage.htm, webui.css and x_style.css; getdutycycle.tcl as in the patch). The generated webui.js, style.css and all other staged files are byte-identical to the OpenCCU patch. The trailing spaces after the carrier sense cells of startpage.htm come unchanged from the patch for that reason.
Validation
OpenCCU scripts/base-patch-migration.py validate with the canonical Buildroot 2026.08.1 git4 archive of this change (244b2d2c, sha256 06d8af3629974d2d88a1abbf6e07602e593db0410c78cf58d75abd41cc86a0fd, based on the current OpenCCU pin 01e40077) and --skip-patch 0057, on the OpenCCU state of fix(webui): hide duty cycle rows of interfaces missing from the update OpenCCU#4629: PASS (the other 14 rootfs patches apply with zero fuzz; the security tests of the validation passed).
compare with a validation of the same OpenCCU state with all 15 patches: IDENTICAL (all 4667 manifest entries, transition candidate-skip of 0057).
Not tested on a running CCU.
The OpenCCU cleanup PR (removal of 0057, pin and archive hash) will follow after this PR is merged.
The start page now displays duty-cycle and carrier-sense readings in separate rows for available gateways and interfaces.
Readings use progress bars with warning and danger indicators at higher levels. Unavailable or invalid values are handled with hidden rows or an “n/a” label.
Style
Updated progress-bar sizing and layout for the new readings.

Walkthrough
The start page now displays duty-cycle and carrier-sense metrics for up to 16 interfaces. A new API method reads duty-cycle data from /tmp/dutycycle.json, and the UI updates rows from the returned data.

Summary
Duty-cycle data API src/webui/www/api/methods.conf, src/webui/www/api/methods/interface/getdutycycle.tcl
Adds Interface.getDutyCycle at USER access level. The endpoint returns the first line of /tmp/dutycycle.json when the file exists, or an empty string when it does not.
The start page adds 16 initially hidden interface rows. showDutyCycle retrieves metrics, validates and floors values, updates progress bars and labels, and hides unavailable rows. The UI adjusts progress styles and removes the prior product-specific labels and separate carrier-sense refresh calls.
