Summary

Expose sandbox HTTP service lifecycle and structured log retrieval through the existing sync and async clients and bound sessions. Preserve complete protobuf responses and provide documented public imports for SDK inputs and results.

• Add expose/get/list/delete service methods and structured log filtering.
• Carry the methods onto SandboxSession and AsyncSandboxSession.
• Add openshell.types imports and ensure delegated exec stream cleanup on early exit.

• Clean-checkout Python suite: 280 passed.
• Ruff lint/format and ty checks, including consumer signatures and generated async methods.
• Loopback gRPC transport tests for the affected sync/async behavior.
• SDK wheel built, verified, and imported from a clean checkout at stack head.
• Fern check: zero errors; documentation navigation passes.
• Live gateway integration (not run; this change does not modify sandbox infrastructure).
