Correct, verified against the backend and the sibling SDKs:
- On a unique-vote poll the backend reuses the old vote's id and sends
poll.vote_changed(state/polls.goCastPollVote), so removing by id when a vote moves to another option is right. React Native'susePollOptionVotesPaginationdoes exactly the same. iOS only adds and never removes, so this goes further. - An edited answer reaches the controller as
pollAnswerCasted, so the answers list updates it in place. - Tests pass; removing either scope check makes exactly the intended tests fail.
The inline comments are one rename (option / answers → forOption / forAnswers) plus a doc wording fix; none block.
On the description: the "Notes:" section defends design choices that would read better as comments on the lines they justify, and the screenshots row still says "(video to attach)".

StreamPollVoteListController.option(...) reads as if the controller were an option. Suggest forOption (paired with forAnswers below), which reads as "the vote list for this option". Singular, since it takes one optionId. The API hasn't shipped, so the rename is free now and a deprecation later.
Also: "live votes" isn't defined anywhere; saying when the votes arrive is clearer.
