Add startup error flags for each MPU, a missing HP IMU on X3 Ultra/X7, and loss of all attitude sources. Clients can surface individual sensor failures and reduced functionality.
The existing IMU measurement message stays unchanged. New flags are appended to
ErrorFlagswithout changing existing field numbers.Validation: protolint 0.31.0 (the CI version) and protobuf schema validation pass.
