ability to create a linked file and link the file via task

jfdi --add @schedule a meeting with Thomas sometime next week ref:thomas.txt

where ref: will create some kind of a link, and then maybe open the linked file for editing.
(need to think about that part -- maybe jfdi --detail goalId will dump the reference file too.
