東京都杉並区下高井戸の「桜上水 船越」です．
営業時間が 11-15時 (水・日定休) と訪問難易度は高めですが，それでも行列ができる人気店です．
今回注文したのは「特製塩中華そば」です．
コショウが効いた旨味たっぷりのスープは，中太のちぢれ麺との絡みも抜群で，トッピングされたネギも良いアクセントになっています．
チャーシューは一枚一枚の完成度が高く，ボリュームも十分で食べ応え抜群．さらにワンタンまで入っているという驚きもあり，こだわりの詰まった大満足の一杯でした．
