Archives the OpenSpec change
let-a-host-wait-for-its-own-write(#212) and folds its modified requirement, A host can wait until a projection has applied what was committed, intoopenspec/specs/orleans-execution/spec.md. It is the last change of the 4.4.7 series, so its archive gets its own pull request. The archives of the earlier changes rode on each next change's branch.Why
