Applies the principles already used on cansin/cansin to the Yellow Pine org homepage. Approach, not content.

What changed

  • Plain ASCII punctuation only. Removed 7 em dashes and a middot.
  • No emoji section headers.
  • Concrete specifics instead of brochure adjectives. Each entry now says what the thing does, not how it feels. "Grip-test your repo" becomes what Latch actually returns; "a warm, research-backed kit" becomes the sixteen sections, the PDF, and the three languages.
  • Shape now mirrors cansin/cansin: name, one-line positioning, a short factual paragraph, a concrete bulleted list, a links line. No headers, no footer decoration.
  • Products and open source merged into one list, since the split no longer matched reality.

It also fixes CI, red since Aug 31

The homepage listed Bly as a hosted product linking bly.fyi, which returns 503. tests/profile.test.mjs asserts every external product link is live, so the gate was correctly failing. Bly is now the public yellow-pine/bly repo, so the entry points there instead.

npm test: 23/23 passing, including every external product link is live.

Why now

yellowpine.com is going to be a real site standing to github.com/yellow-pine exactly as cansin.dev stands to github.com/cansin. That makes this README the hook for it rather than a catalogue, so it should read short and factual and stay in sync with the site when it ships.

Left alone deliberately

hello@yellowpine.com is kept. It resolves today via live Mailgun MX, so it is not a dead address. Worth protecting during the Porkbun transfer, since the original runbook would have null-MXd the domain.

yellowpine.com is going to be a real site standing to github.com/yellow-pine
the way cansin.dev stands to github.com/cansin, so this README is its hook,
not a catalogue. Applies the same rules already used on cansin/cansin:

- plain ASCII punctuation only (7 em dashes and a middot removed)
- no emoji section headers
- concrete specifics in place of brochure adjectives, so each entry says
what the thing actually does rather than how it feels
- accurate claims only

That last one also fixes CI, red since Aug 31. The homepage listed Bly as a
hosted product linking bly.fyi, which returns 503, and the profile test
asserts every external product link is live. Bly is now the public
yellow-pine/bly repo, so it points there instead.
