Add the browser login strings to the catalogs - #1997

Add the 14 strings of the WinHTTrack browser login (httrack-windows#257) to lang.def and to all 30 catalogs. The translations come from the httrack-windows session (httrack-works browser-login-i18n, 52e9a29). Reword LANG_COOKIEFILETIP, which still said the file is only preloaded. Since #1982 and #1986 the file given to -%K is the cookie jar. HTTrack loads it, then writes it back at the end unless a line could not be loaded. The catalogs join on the English text, so the key line changes in every catalog. The translations stay as they are: they say the file is loaded, which is still true. This adds the 14 WinHTTrack browser login strings (xroche/httrack-windows#257) to
lang.defand all 30 catalogs, with the translations made for that work. The cookies-file tooltip now says the file is written back too. Its English text changes in every catalog, because each catalog finds a translation by its English text.
