Adopts workshop-rs 0.8.0, which preserves contextual literal substitutions when parsing (wrightkit/workshop-rs#300). Needed to compare Wright output with pinned OverPy for optimizeForSize projects (wrightkit/opy-rs#388).
Verification:
cargo fmt --check,cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --all-features -- -D warningsandcargo test --workspace --all-targets --all-featurespass. With this bump and the opy-rs#398 provider, Bastionmain.opy(zh-CN) andexternalMain.opy(en-US) are canonically equivalent to pinned OverPy 9.7.10.
