Description

Bumps Imagify to 2.3.5 and adds the 2.3.5 changelog, ahead of the develop → trunk release PR.

• imagify.php: plugin header Version and IMAGIFY_VERSION → 2.3.5
• readme.txt: Stable tag: 2.3.5 and the 2.3.5 changelog entry (user-facing changes only)

Merged since v2.3.4 and included in the changelog: #1282, #1262, #1302, #1259, #1261. CI, Dependabot, PHPStan and build-script changes (#1310, #1305, #1296, #1273, #1304, #1294, #1284) are internal and left out.
