I just finished a case-control estudy of congenit anomalies in Aemrica Latina (ECLAMC), doing data mining, supervised and unsupersied process, giving model explenations: Regression Log model, Generalized Additive Model, Neural Additive Model, Random Forest, XGBoost, Autoencoder. I also used SHAP to give interpretability to some models..
