Summary

• replace the old quickstart/concepts/server/tracking structure with a CLI-first learning path
• teach a complete C build experiment from one step through multiple summaries, artifact size, sampling, and outcomes
• add the Dashboard journey in operational order: connect, configure a runner, track results, investigate regressions, and configure notifications
• use “experiment” consistently and remove placeholder reference pages
• fix horizontal clipping in the docs layout on narrow screens
