Motivation
Add regression coverage for HMR in a worker created with
new Worker(new URL(..., import.meta.url)).Changes
Add one E2E test that edits an accepted dependency and verifies the worker sends the updated message while preserving its initialization ID, ruling out a page reload or worker recreation.
